1. Technical Estimates & Quotations

All preliminary quotations and BOQs provided via the website are subject to final architectural site verification, shaft inspection, structural load testing, and formal agreement.

2. Engineering Consultancy & Handover

Consultancy fees are nominal and absorbed upon project execution. Clients opting to maintain systems independently are provided comprehensive operator training upon final commissioning.

3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC terms govern routine inspections, 24/7 breakdown assistance, and genuine spare parts replacement as defined in individual service contracts.

4. Intellectual Property & Drawings

All technical drawings, engineering graphics, and catalogue diagrams are proprietary to CIRUS SOLUTIONS and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
